We will use this stage of the recruitment process to understand your recruitment needs in full, whether this is one role, or indeed, a team of staff!

We will find out as much as we can and also offer advice in order to completely match what you are looking for.

Stage 2: Documentation


The vacancies will then be passed immediately to an experienced Consultant and a dedicated Resourcer who, based on your specific needs, will send you a proposed Terms of Business. Once signed, we can begin to actively source for your candidates.

Stage 3: Candidate sourcing


We use a wide variety of tools to generate candidate attraction; using professional networking to even ‘headhunt’ for senior roles, through to more traditional advertising campaigns across job boards and social media streams as well using our own website & internal CV database pool.

Your dedicated recruiter will complete in-depth screening and interviews, to ensure that only candidates who meet the requirements are progressed. All candidates will be fully briefed about the role prior to their details being sent to a client.

Stage 4: Interview arrangement


Once we have a pool of potential candidates, we will work with you to arrange all aspects associated with the interview procedures.

You will then directly interview the potential candidates yourself.

Stage 5: Post Interview


Once you have selected the appropriate candidate(s), we will assist you in all aspects of the placement process. We will inform the candidates of your feedback and the next steps. We will work alongside you and the candidate to ensure a swift and smooth process.

Stage 6: Aftercare Service


At KP Permanent Services one of our Unique Selling Points is the Aftercare Service that we provide.

We pride ourselves in the ongoing support that is given even after the candidate has started their new role.

Once the candidate has been placed we will have weekly conversations with both the candidate and client / hiring manager for the first 4 weeks of their placement, then bi-weekly until week 12; to ensure that the candidate is content within their role and that the client is entirely satisfied with the KP Permanent Service that they have received.
